ILLUSTRATIONS
Live event painters have become increasingly popular—and for good reason! They create lasting keepsakes and provide unique entertainment guests will remember. Perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, or corporate events.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. I arrive on site just before the event and set up.
2. Guests will come up, have their picture taken, and return to the festivities or stick around to watch me illustrate!
3. As the night goes on, I will complete custom portraits in real time for each guest that gets a photo taken with me.
4. Guests can pick them up at my table by the end of the night!
INVESTMENT
STANDARD PORTRAITS- Hourly rate: $300/hr
Full body, faceless portraits
5x7 high quality watercolor paper and paints
5-6 minutes per person (10-12 minutes per couple)
3 hour minimum
Any unfinished portraits after the agreed-upon time can be purchased for a discounted rate.

MINI PORTRAITS-
Hourly Rate: $250/hr
Love the idea but need a budget-friendly option? Mini portraits are perfect for you!
4x4 high quality watercolor paper and paints
2-3 minutes per person (4-6 minutes per couple)
3 hour minimum
Ask about optional upgrades: Frames for each, larger portrait sizes, theme, etc.
TRAVEL: For driving distances greater than 45 miles from artist location, a fee will be added to the total cost. For locations out of state, travel fees may include flight, hotel, and ride share stipend.
Pre-Wedding or Post-Wedding Portraits
Interested in portraits before the event to be used as place cards or party favors ready at the table? Or maybe send a custom illustration as a thank you note from your big day? I can do that!
Just send me photos of your guests, and I will hand paint each one. All portraits will be shipped you to your door. Custom illustration place settings start at just $11/person. Upgrades can be added to include printed names, tear-away table numbers, frames, or stands for each illustration.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR DAY?
Contract and deposit are required to hold the date. The deposit for all guest live paintings is $500. Deposit amount will go towards your total. Any applicable upgrades are added on to the remainder balance, which is due 3 weeks before the event. All sales subject to taxes and fees.
*Deposit for pre- or post-wedding portraits is 50% due upon order, remainder due when guest photos are sent.
